I have asked for simple job to glue the rubber soul back to the shoe. Price has been agreed and I been told to be ready in 1hr. Returned back 5hrs later. Not done, They said next day. Not done, Then 4day later not done. Next week I called to check and its ready to pickup. Great they did it but I was shocked with the messy ruined seude leather from glueing by superglue. I can do better job by myself. Very disappointed with the quality and service.

Excellent service, got 2 keys cut for £16 and it took under a minute. The new keys also have no issues with the locks.Friendly staff

It so nice to walk into a shop and be greeted by a smile and asked how can they help you. Adam that works here is fantastic. He's fixed two watches for me recently and been helpful with advice. Nothing is any bother for him and a great smile with thanks when it's done. This Timpsons is one of the best.
