The vibe was immaculate, the food was fresh and the servers take their time to listen and help you.I've wanted to try this for a while and I'm so glad I finally did. I could eat ten servings of the scallops in one go I'm sure.Will definitely be back again

Went there for a birthday meal. Initially I thought the food was great. However, 3/5 people I ate with got food poisoning from this place. Even more disappointing, I've emailed the restaurant, and they haven't responded it's been 4 days now. I think you can't guarantee the safety of your food, don't serve it. All the seafood here are excellent. Strongly recommend the sweet and spicy king prawns, roasted scallop and crispy soft shell crab.
The Urchin is a fully independent brewery and shellfish pub with an excellent wine list. We have a micro-brewery downstairs, brewing 4 times a week and always have our own beer (Larrikin) on tap. Outside seating in the covered and heated garden and on the street. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere with Australian and pan-asian influences.
