One of the better post offices I've been to. Staff are well trained and helpful. Nick the manager goes the extra mile for customers and ensures enquiries are resolved. Thank you ??

Whoopee! They sell commemorative stamps / picture stamps. The only Brighton post office to do so.

Generally very good. After having had some nightmare experiences in the past with understaffed post offices this one is a breath of fresh air. I rarely experience long waiting times here, there are always at least two or three people working.

Probably fine, not used much. Mainly reviewing to point out there is not a DPD drop-off or collection here presently, despite what the DPD website says. The post office staff told me they get quite a few customers showing up under this misapprehension. Messaged DPD telling them they need to update their service search page.

The staff here are brilliant so friendly and helpful. I now run an online business from home and started off taking just a couple of items a week here! Over time my workload has increased meaning that I?m dropping off big bags of parcels every day. I now approximately send 150 to 200 parcels per week using this Post Office. Each time I go in the guys are friendly and efficient and go out of their way to make this as easy as possible for me. I have never had any problems or issues here it?s always a pleasure to visit. ?

The staff at this Post Office are extremely friendly and professional and always deliver a high level of service. I visit nearly every day as my business requires me to send a lot of parcels and I?m always very impressed with the attentiveness and willingness to help - even when I bring in large and sometimes quite tricky orders. This has been vital to me since the pandemic started and I am so grateful for having this Post Office available to me, especially in these difficult times. Highly recommend!!!

I will happily walk the extra distance to come to this Post Office. Fantastic staff, fantastic service. Don't understand why anybody would be unreasonable enough to give a 1 star review. Part of the reason this Post Office is always so busy is because everybody want to come and use this Post Office and get real service as opposed to the living nightmare that is Churchill Square, but you don?t even have to ever wait that long, the staff whizz through the queue in no time at all. Awesome and fabulous. The staff are friendly and helpful (I know Greg can be a bit much but overall he?s fine), and always serve with me quickly and professionally. I am treated with care and respect here and always have had a very good experience here!

The staff here are brilliant so friendly and helpful. I now run an online business from home and started off taking just a couple of items a week here! Overtime my work-load has increasing meaning that I?m dropping off big bags of parcels every day. Very good COVID control measures. Signage on the door, easy access to hand sanitiser and one way arrows, with a person available on the front door to control the queue and limited the number of customers in branch at one time. All staff had on face coverings despite being behind glass screens. Never been any problems for me using this branch and it?s a pleasure to call in ? Thanks Again!

I do like this branch and I think the service here is really good. It?s definitely one of the best Post Office?s in Brighton. However, I do find that it?s best to avoid being served by Greg. He always tends to focus on the negative and I find it all to be a bit depressing. It?s shame because I honestly think this is one of the friendliest Post Office?s and it?s other members of staff are very pleasant, helpful and efficient. I?ve certainly never had any issues using this Post Office and feel very lucky to have this one as my local.

Fantastic Post Office. Really friendly and helpful staff for the most part (avoid Greg). Everything is really well organised and is done properly and correctly. I have had problems with some Post Offices in the past but, this Post Office is the real deal, these guys know what they?re doing and are very efficient in doing it. I trust these guys and this Post Office with my daily business post and they have never let me down. Yes, the queues are sometimes long, but unfortunately that is the consequence of being COVID secure and I would rather feel safe given the choice. Plus they do normally speed through the queue anyway and the first class service you get at the counter is definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this Post Office if you want something done right.

This is an brilliant Post Office. The service here is impeccable. The staff members are amazing have soldiered on for the community during this pandemic and all its lockdowns. Just like the Care and NHS staff they have also put themselves at risk for us, the community. I just cannot thank them enough. They have handled terrible customer behaviours with grace and they should be commended for all their efforts in supporting local businesses and supporting our community. ??

This is the best post office in Brighton (if not Sussex). I travel out of my way to come here. The staff are very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's a traditional post office. These are sadly disappearing all too quickly these days.

I have used this Post Office since the first "Lockdown" and now ?Lockdown 2.0? plus the X-Mas rush, and although on the first visit there was quite a long queue , it didn't take more than 15 minutes. The staff absolutely raced through it. I drove past a few times to try to gauge the best time. I found that if I go at about 9.20 am there is a very short queue. Always best to avoid Monday?s though, as the whole of Brighton seems to descend on this one tiny office. Most of the staff are very affable and are doing the best they can in the circumstances, although I do agree about avoiding Greg if you can. The customers who grumble (like the last comment!) are really so ungrateful as I consider that we are extremely lucky to have a postal service through all the weeks of this crisis. Why are some people so self-absorbed, just be thankful that you live in the United Kingdom and not the USA. Anyway, we are especially lucky in Brighton that we have such a dedicated office in these incredibly stressful times.

I did not feel safe using this post office.I watched as a staff member without a mask on coughed into their hands before picking up and passing back receipts/items to the person in front of me, they didn't sanitise their hands and then promptly did the same to me. I know some people can't wear masks but as far as I'm aware we should all be following hand and cough hygiene. There are several signs up asking customers to follow government guidance, so I would expect the same courtesy to be applied to customers. This would make me uncomfortable any time but even moreso during the pandemic. I will try to use other post offices where possible.
