I love this Pharmacy - the personal service and going the extra mile. , when you need help.My daughter after visiting A&E was still hopping, noticed by the Pharmacy who offered her crutches and measured them to size. Its made her life so much easier while her twisted ankle heals.Ten stars from our family, and l like the fact its a professional pharmacy but with a personal family friendly touch. In these days where everyone seems to be run off their feet, its a breath of fresh air.

If I could do a minus star review I would.Popped in to pick a friends prescription up and have never experienced such unprofessional service in a pharmacy before. The attitude of the man who eventually stopped his conversation to serve me was bordering on rude and sarcastic.I used to do be a pharmacist myself and would not of dreamed of being so unhelpful and condescending.If possible avoid with a barge pole.

The owner, Daniel Osbon, verbally abused me, angrily shouting at me to "shut up" and "stop talking rubbish" (which made me cry) because neither he nor the 3 other staff members (who all stood there like stunned mullets as this unfolded) could not tell me what was happening with an overdue repeat prescription that I really needed there and then, and which they'd told me the previous day would be ready.I've often wondered why the atmosphere is like a funeral home whenever I go in there. I guess now I know!

I have been using different pharmacy before coming to this as thought this is closer to me, never again, I am picking up my prescription and changing the pharmacy as I called and a woman answered who is very rude, making comments and attitudes over the phone calling me in a different way a liar, I asked to speak to someone else and she ignored that so I asked again so she passed me to someone else but whilst she was passing the phone I could hear everything she saying to the other person that I am rude, aggressive and she kept saying things not even true then when I got passed to the other person when I tried to explain everything and what I heard as well he was not interested, anyway I knew now my prescription is ready and it?s the last time. Don?t make this mistake and go to this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is where I regularly collect my repeat prescription. The staff are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to offer advice and guidance on the medications I take should I require it. Their professional service is outstanding.

Called this chemist, My Pharmacy, (Also known as Portland Pharmacy, Sadler Pharmacy) today as had been let down and lied to by Parris & Greening (Osborn Pharmacy).They answered their phone very quickly, retrieved my prescription and my meds arrived a couple of hours later delivered to my door for free! Who could fault this? They also have their door blocked with a table in this pandemic, but also with a screen and card machine so those vulnerable can actually pick their meds up with relative safety as no need to enter the building. Thank you to this chemist for such great service.

Odd place. I find the staff here rude and cagey. Everytime I go here they make me feel like a drug addict or that I somehow don't deserve medication.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years. Up until now, the staff I have encountered have been lovely, helpful and professional. There have been occasional problems with the availability of medications but these have always been resolved as soon as possible. On Friday however, I had the misfortune to be served by someone who should not be allowed anywhere near ill or vulnerable people. To begin with, although she could see I was waiting, she carried on laughing and chatting for several minutes in the back. I did not complain. She then deliberately and rudely mispronounced my name, smirking like a naughty child. I still did not complain. She then told me there were problems with the manufacturer so they were unable to get my medication. I said I knew there had been issues but when I was in on Wednesday, I was told that they had succeeded in ordering my medication and it would be in that Friday afternoon. She very abruptly said, no, I hadn't been told that. (She had not been there on the Wednesday.) I asked her why she was effectively calling me a liar. She then started telling me she didn't need to put up with this and repeated this, talking over me and using further insults every time I opened my mouth to start speaking until she put her palm in front of my face and walked off. At no time was I aggressive or abusive despite the insults I was receiving. She clearly knows she holds all the cards - I cannot get hold of my prescription even to take to another pharmacy if I can't get served. Despite my previous good experiences of the staff here and the inconvenience and difficulties in getting to another pharmacy, I feel I have no choice but to do this in future as I cannot risk getting caught up in her distressing power games again.I got a text from the pharmacist a little later that afternoon to say my medication was ready for collection. I guess that proves I wasn't lying.
