Great customer service here, I was left to browse and the sales assistant, Gabriel, asked me if I would like assistance. He answered my questions and was really helpful without being pushy. Great advice and help. Perfect level of service. I then went back the next day after considering my options and saw Gabriel again who remembered me and knew what options I had considered. So, we had been back a forth a few times and was undecided on which product we wanted. We were given all the information possible to help us decide which was really helpful. We were never pushed into buying anything and we?re made to feel relaxed and comfortable. There were hot drinks and cookies also on offer for free which kept our kids happy too ? many thanks to Pascal.

We had a really lovely experience when we were looking for a new sofa. We had Billy, he spent time with us and made our experience very good. Unfortunately it went downhill from there, when we got home we decided to amend our order. We were told by Billy that we had 48hr from the time we paid out deposit to amend the order. That was ok because we knew we would go straight home measure up and amend if needed. We did need to amend spoke to Billy which was nearer closing time, he reassured me that he will pass it to his colleague to do for me the next day and I will receive an email to confirm?.. no email arrived so by the afternoon we contacted furniture village, spoke with Kevin who was terrible, he told us we would have to wait for Billy to return from his days off!!!! I explained we only have 48hrs to amend our order and demand it got sorted now. He went off came back and said it?s all sorted you will receive an email. Yes we did receive an email later on but they were charging us more than what was agreed with Billy. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Spoke with Kevin AGAIN who agreed it was the wrong price, they will amend and email us to confirm. No email that day, spoke to Kevin the next day (because I work and do not have time to pop in). Kevin said ?oh yes I remember you from yesterday, I will get the email sent to you and call you back late to confirm you have received it. Guess what Kevin, no email and no phone call from you. Needless to say I will be popping in on my way home!!!Oh and by the way be careful because once you have paid your deposit and have passed the 48hrs you will not see that money again. Which is 25% of the total amount of your purchases.

Very pleasant experience today, we were greeted immediately by Pascal, and offered coffee. Pascal found us with our coffee, and helped us greatly with the purchase of a wardrobe. Extremely happy with the service.

Couldn?t have asked for a better Sales Consultant- Daisy Clarke was simply amazing! Her expertise and assistance were truly exceptional. My husband and I got to the store 30mins before closing time, she welcomed us warmly and said we should take our time (she didn?t mind staying overtime). Popped into shop just to browse & salesperson Billy was so helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas we were looking at and also gave us good advice on the different quality leathers. Got a recliner and wardrobe. I got excellent advice and support from sales consultant, Billy Sanchez. He was honest and very helpful throughout my time there offering excellent suggestions. He was flexible in the pricing and insisted on using the sales price even though the sale had ended the day before. Thanks a lot and I look forward to getting my furniture.

Billy the sales consultant was knowledgeable about his products, informed us early on re the lead time (15 weeks) for the sofa, told us all the options available and then gave us space to consider. He did his job well but I didn?t feel pressured. So far I would use again, hopefully feel the same when the sofa arrives.
