Avoid at all costs. I would give them a zero if that was an option. I have had an absolute nightmare with this company. I have held off from writing a review up to now as they managed to talk me into staying with them after two last minute cancellations and utter chaos. To cut a long story short I entered a contract with them in early Februrary and paid a hefty advance of £1586. They gave me a date in April, cancelled at the last minute, did the samem in May. I smelled a rat and discovered after many angry phonecalls that the business had been sold by the owner Andrew. The new owner eventually called me and offered a new date in July. I have just heard today from their area manager that they cannot honour the new dates either because the old owner and new owner have not sorted it out between them. The company operates on this basis and if you get caught up in it like me you may lose money. They have promised to refund me but like all previous promises I am not sure whether that will happen and I am not looking forward to having to waste my time taking them to court.

Dream Doors transformed my kitchen, with a new sink, tap and worktops. I can?t believe such an amazing transformation was completed in a single day. Nothing was too much trouble for all those involved, even an awkward bit of plumbing, and the work was finished to a terrific standard and te area was left clean and tidy. I?d recommend them to anyone.

Just ordered worktops 4 kitchen units sink+tap plus new cupboard doors for the bathroom service was brilliant couldnt have been more helpful talked through everything made sure I was happy with the decision highly recommend

Following a recent move, I inherited a kitchen in need of an update. The team of Andy, Cyril and Darren did a fantastic job in designing, supervising and fitting new kitchen doors. Darren especially did a great job in fitting new doors to a somewhat challenging and 'quirky' part of the kitchen. An altogether great service and very helpful staff.

The overall experience was just amazing from the quality and choices and Andy was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Darren the fitter was just amazing in his craftsmanship (loves coffee!!!). Also, many thanks for the lovely surprise of the beautiful flowers that came to the door yesterday!!! I would recommend Dreamdoors to everyone!!! 5*****
