“I had a great customer service experience in this branch in particular (Hove BN3 3YE). I've been served by a member of the staff called Oli in many different occasions and I am surprised about how assertive, diligent, approachable and polite he is. He seems to have great knowledge of the stuff which is very important and he listens.Overall the shop looks tidy and well organised.This is a complete different experience from the one I had in the Western Road branch, where 2 members of the staff showed me blatant disregard and aloofness when I was asking help to order a specific book. For that reason; I do not shop at Western Rd branch anymore.Thank you Hove branch ?”
