Such a shame the cafe has closed permanently and still no sign of the new hubs opening. It was always a popular place as there's nothing in the area we can walk to with young children.

I bought a £400 coffee maker. Got it home and opened it up. It was completely sealed so was shocked and angered to find the machine had been previously used. In fact it was scratched in such a way it was evident it had been used for weeks. There was residue in the tray and was dirty. There were hundreds of scuff marks from regular use.The item has been resealed and sold as new. It's blatant fraud and I will never shop at Argos again. I always felt they were a.cheap act but by god this is literally fraud.Will contact trading standards.

In these absolutely crazy times as regards Petrol/Diesel Sainsburys in West Hove service and organisational skills are second to none. Incredibly organised, extremely polite and helpful to everyone, if only all supermarkets were like this. The way in which they have manned the Petrol station in such an efficient way, also making it abundantly clear when they have ran out of Petrol, which unfortunately can't be said for alot of the other stations. Hopefully we will get back to some sort of normality soon. Well done Sainsburys @ West Hove Petrol station.

Purchased a product off of eBay for click and collect from this branch. Went in to collect met by a young lady who could not find my parcel as I had no bar code and sent me away. I had another code from eBay and returned to store spoke with a young man who also couldn?t find my product. He passed me to another lady. I explained what had happened. She then told me it had past the collection date. She went to look for the product and found it.She told me that due to the company policy she was unable to release the goods to me. She had to return the product back to the seller. Despite asking for my product she would not release it to me. I took a photo of the parcel in store with her hand on it. It has not been received by the seller. Apparently they don?t record returns out and dates of postage.So I?ve paid for a product but not received due to incompetence of staff. Seller stating non return of product so I?m out of pocket. Well done store. Won?t be using you again and will be chasing you for my losses.

Tried to get a coffee with either cream or full fat milk. Told that they no longer serve this for health reasons. They are trying to get customers to make better choices! WHAT!!! Who are Sainsburys to tell me I can't enjoy cream in my coffee?? Enough of this WOKE culture.

Purchased an item which advised next day collection.. Went to collect item and was served by an extremely rude lady who said that they hadn't had time to unload it. Very rude and very unhelpful. Willnever shop there again.It must happen alot my parents said the same thing happened to them.. Do argos not train their staff on basic customer service?
