I, have gone to KFC, I was eating in. My order was x2 zegaburgers Chips and 2 hot chicken wings. The KFC was very cold. The table was dirty, Food on the floor. There was flies. The cleaning person. Came with a cloth slapped dash touch the table, And with the same cloth touch the floor. KFC should be check. Plus staff. Hygiene is important. Pls look into this. Thank you.

Ordered via the app to collect to dine in. Paid extra for the watermelon and lime drink. Only to be told after Oder was placed and payment taken, the drink wasn't available. So had a regular cherry pepsi max instead. How ever no refund of the extra paid was offered, ok it's only 20p but that's not the point. Other than that. It was ok , it's KFC chicken was cooked fine , not sure on the new seasoned fries. Maybe a little too much pepper for my taste. But it's the first time of trying them.

Out of a 6 piece bucket I was given 2 x small wings !2 x drumsticks !1 x tiny thigh1 x flat dry side breast ..Chips had none of the seasoning on and we're floppy .Hotwings I was sent the tiny flat wings .. gravy pot was only half filled .Chicken strips were burnt .I honestly feel they just got rid of all the bad stuff as it was a delivery .

Went in and ordered a trilogy box meal as I usually do with mash for a side, also ordered a regular gravy as well which obviously was extra. I get home with my food and notice all is there except the mash yet they were kind enough to provide me with a nice wooden spoon to eat the mash they forgot to give me?.

My whole family ate from here a few days ago and have since got food poisoning. The place needs to be inspected by health and safety regulations as they haven't got a clue about hygiene and they are serving well below standards of food. You don't mess around with chicken that could kill someone.I gave everything 1 star if there was an option it would get -5

It wasn't possible to place an order on the digital screen and the staff didn't pay any attempts to us or our failures trying to do so. After three attemps we simply left and went to Burger King where we could place an order over counter...The premises were also very untidy.

Went with my partner today to try the new burger only to be given burgers with mould all over the buns!! Absolutely disgusting! Went up to the desk to challenge them about it and there was no care given no apology just here's your money back!Also I'm pretty sure a drug dealer went out the back with a male member of staff the whole place stunk of weed!

It was good. I try it the first time. The burger was good but the potato and sauce weren't tasty.
