“Loved walking around the store. So many tempting things to buy. Went to the cafe ordered cream tea, reasonably priced, although the scone was a little on the dry side. Always enjoy a visit to Dunelm.”

“Home section have broken shelf and went into my neil when I am trying to pick up something. Neil was blooding.Spoken with one of the staff. She said I will have a look and went away. Waited few mins and she did not come back do anything.Asked second staff and require to speak with duty manager. When I am try to tell where is the broken shelf. Staff said we know where is it.Manager was professional and offered first aid.If you all know where is it why not put sign or type to warn the customers.”

“Great food hall.Update: Staff both in clothing sections and cafe are exemplary. Several times over the past year we have left the store feeling well looked after as customers and wanting to return. Brand loyalty is largely driven by this kind of experience, quite apart from it's nice from a human perspective.”

“Visited the store in Eastbourne at the Beacon around 1pm. Young man with a beard and dark hair in the men's department upstairs went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shirt for my 1st anniversary with my lady! I returned 3 times because of him as he stopped everything he was doing, to help me find the perfect shirt! He's an Asset to ur company! And the shirt is awesome! Full credit to this young man”

“They seem to have a massive (excuse the pun) Range of goods.However I find it frustrating when aisles are blocked off simply because they are packed with boxes that need to put on the shelves. The car park is a disaster area. For the same reason. Palets stacked every where, covered with tarpaulins in the pouring rain. Quiet frequently stock is muddled on the shelves.Somebody needs to get their act togeather.”

“Display banners were good and I spotted the area I wanted easily. Only issue was with the checkout. Only one which was doing returns, exchanges, collections and cash sales. All other stations were card only self service. I had problems with this and had to wait for assistance. I was not on my own in needing help, saw several others who needed help while I was queuing. Ideally I had cash, but decided on a card sale as I would have been waiting for 3 more people who needed the till dealing with cash. Not an ideal situation”

“Argos is a exceptional. No one could do without this company. Instead of buying on line or going far it's around the corner. It's not expensive. Depends on what you want. I had things never taken it back. Love it.”
