Very friendly staff members, can not fault there customer service helped me find the perfect holiday for me and my family.
Made sure there was something for everyone to enjoy, took their time to understand our needs would highly recommend this store.
We will defiantly be back for future bookings.

What an awful customer service in general. We were just trying to change the dates of our flights (we have done it numerous times and it takes 30sec on the easy jet app so was really surprised how difficult it is to do this simple thing) as we had to reschudule our holiday due to issues at work but all we heard is that we need to call customer service (we tried before 3 times and waited 30 min every time with no luck so decided to get some help face to face) they did not even apologise for the inconvenience and we were not even asked if we know the number we should call. I don't think it's too much to expect that a company should be able to get in touch with their airlines partners. It seems as though ThomasCook and ThomasCookAirlines are 2 different companies.
Don't recommend booking flights with these guys and probably wouldn't go back for hotels or travel advice.

Why do you only give one number for all your branches?

Omg! What an awful and patronising staff! Layla Hawkes sorry but you need much more training. Thomas Cook customer services, FYI and pls contact me as to advise furter. Very disappointed in deed, not pointing finger at a certain individual but rather upset with the general service! Thx

There is another shop it call ( Call centre ) in Cranbourne street better than this shop for money exchange .
They gave me amazing exchange rate for the euor .
