I went for a full lease return service. It was so good that I didn't have to pay a penny in damages even though one of the wheels was nastily gouged and the others were iffy. I'm sure it saved me the full cost of the valet. I should have taken photos - just think showroom even though it's four years old!

What a game changing experience. Found Mike at the Sussex Valeting Company through a quick google after needing an inside and outside re-fresh of my car. 30 seconds later I found myself looking through the Instagram page at all the gloriously shiny interiors and sending through an enquiry.Less than 24 hours later we were arranging a home visit for Mike to come and look at my modest BMW 1 Series, despite regularly working on Porsches, Range Rovers etc. Mike took the time to get to know me, my car, and what my aspirations and goals for the look of the car were. There was no selling, and Mike was extremely open with what options I had, how long they would take that would produce particular standards, also with the cost.My goal was simple, a back to new valet experience for the car after 4 years of being the workhorse in our family and ultimately ended up choosing an inside and out comprehensive wash, with clay bar and ceramic coating treatment.I couldn't be happier with the results! The interior looks like BMW new, even the inside of the petrol cap and areas of the boot that have never seen daylight have been cleaned. Steering wheel back to matte finish and everything meticulously cleaned. The exterior is of a similar high standard. Scratches have been removed (caused by the family spaniel!), paintwork treated and ceramic coated to a standard I haven't seen before, having only had factory based coatings before. You can see from the photos compared to our (less than) 6 month old VW the marked difference in the rain.The experience I have had with Mike and the team has been second to none and I have and will be recommending them to all those in need! Sept 21 - Found Mike from googling and so glad I did.Supremely professional and passionate about what he does and a proper petrol head!Dare I say it, but borderline OCD to detail and quality of work - in a great way!Highly recommend him for your detailing needs - he washed, dried, decontaminated, clayed and waxed my Cayman before a road trip.Looks insanely good, better than collection day and like it's got liquid glass all over it!Till next time Mike....which was today!March 22 - Got Mike back to apply the same fastidious detail he did last time to another car!Yet again the outcome is like liquid and amazing! This time also included a ceramic coating to the roof!Mike is a master of his craft and again could not recommend him highly enough!
