Unfortunately not welcoming to single parents, was followed around the shop by staff and my children were told not touch things extremely disappointed as ended up spending over £40 in there but did not feel welcome at all! Wouldn't have brought anything if my kids weren't so excited by all the toys. Will definitely not be going bk.

They've extensive collection of toys from variety of brands and for all age groups. One of the better places to go for any telated purchases. Friendly and helping staff too.

I would just like to thank the man, who helped me today in your store. He showed me round the store, as I was looking for a toy for my Great Nephew. Lovely staff at the till too all in all great customer service and I walked away very happy. Donna ?

There is a huge monster high community in the U.K. AND in Brighton. Monster high is about diversity, difference and queerness.. so is Brighton. Brighton toy store decided to NOT get monster high in stock. I was told by staff it?s because they aren?t ?cute?, yet there are toy snakes in store and monsters? Funny how every other stores is getting them in stock in the U.K. but Brighton fails to meet the mark. Not impressed. Feeling very let down
