Lovely hotel great staff Very welcoming would recommend perfectly situated though as with most Brighton hotels parking was a problem had to park in the train station and get a taxi to the hotel which was a pain

Bit of a mixed bag. Inexpensive for a reason. Great location but the front seems to be under semi-permanent construction. You could see into the basement from the outside through cracks in the foundation. That was a bit troubling. Also, the lift wasn't working.Room small but not awful. Some maintenance issues.
