Had a great experience doing a eye test and choosing glasses for my 7 Yr old daughter. The opticians and everyone there are very helpful and friendly. They deal with many people at all times and have an efficient system to see people. Pete a member of staff was very helpful and extra friendly.

Excellent service today. Seen very promptly. Everyone was helpful and friendly with my Son. The service excelled when choosing the glasses and having them fitted. My daughter was with me too. Pete and a maleColleague were very friendly and helpful. Pete was very informative about the long lasting health of our eyes especially when using laptops etc at college. He understood a condition my son has and explained about the ages and changing of eyes and lenses. I have to say they had a great sense of humour and made us feel welcome and looked after. Well done.

This is a busy store, but the team manage to effortlessly give a personal service and are knowledgeable and friendly. The whole system works seamlessly, with each department running like clockwork so I?ve never had to wait around for ages.There?s a really good selection of glasses for different budgets, and the staff are really good at helping you choose frames to suit your face, which is great for someone like me who finds it difficult to make those kind of decisions!Thank you Specsavers. For a big high street shop, Brighton gives a personal touch.

Come in store today as snapped my glasses in half and my prescription is very high im basically blind without my glasses but Pete was amazing and helped me get my lenses into another frame so I could see! Honestly at first when they didn?t have my frames in store I started to panic and I mentioned there?s no way I can go 2 weeks without my glasses they are my life! Pete took over and sorted it out very quickly! So a big thank you to him!

Great service by the team.Came in with my father for his eye test and to choose some glasses.There was a bit of a wait but it was very busy so didn?t have a problem with this. When they found out my Dad couldn?t manage stairs very well, the team were quick to come upstairs and complete the eye test in an upstairs room for him. I?m not sure who did the eye test but he was an Irish gentleman who was very helpful as well.Peter in particular was very helpful and provided a great service to my disabled Dad, allowing him to stay seated whilst me and Peter chose glasses for him to try. We were made to feel comfortable and at ease and we weren?t rushed at all despite it being very busy. Peter would not let him go without making absolutely sure that he was happy with the pair he chose. He is an asset to the team, although everybody else was also very helpful! ?

I visited Specsavers in Brighton on 21/11/23 and was helped extremely efficiently, with a very friendly and helpful manner by Peter Armstrong. He made my visit a real pleasure and sorted out my glasses quickly and expertly. I have no hesitation in recommending his skilful and congenial manner. I would suggest that you seek him out if you need to go to Specsavers in Brighton.

Called in yesterday fantastic customer service from peter and Nathan.would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. They took their time and really helped me. They are both a cedit to specsavers, after the awful service i received from the Eastbourne branch.

Really disappointing. i?ve been coming to specsavers for the last decade and have always been made to feel welcoming. Today at my contact lense check up i got accused of lying, and was made to feel very small. i got given an odd number of lenses, so when coming back for a check in i explained this. I?m sure the lovely two men that helped me at the first trial would account for this.I have never experienced such rudeness. I do not understand why you?d try to create an argument with a customer. i remained silent and left quickly.i will not be going to specsavers ever again frankly.

Normally I go sepecsavers in London I lost my glasses, all I need it to replacement glasses .I feel as I was mislead in this shop in Brighton North Road and their forced services on me .They could just accces my notes in London and relase my glasses prescription.I didn't need another eye test as I had one last year .Secondly I was only booked for simple eye test (which one wasn't need it)which I emphasised to lady at front. So their still did this extra 10 £ one I didn't request it for and then optitian said I request it for this test which one I didn't .I was shy to discuss with him but went I went home I realised this is not on .Guy who did this extra test didn't ask me if I request it for it .I feel as they were dishonest with me saying they not able access my notes from other shop soEspecially optitian when he clearly could see my notes from other shop even though I didn't need eye test he still proceed with one .I guess he need it to claim for extra eye test .This not ethical .I'm really shocked and distressed they way I was treated there

I get you shut at 6pm... and its Monday... but slamming the phone down instead of answering it on me twice at 5.45pm and 5.50pm when I'm trying to call to find out if my daughter glasses are ready for pick up tomorrow isn't really the best customer experience you would expect.The enquiry would have taken you less than a minute to answer.

Booked an eye test for 2:50pm, ended up waiting another 45 minutes before I had been seen. They must of over booked as there had been people waiting without any available seating so people were just standing waiting to be called. In the end other than the initial extra time spent waiting Sam and Ollie were great and I was happy with their service they provided.
