Three times recently I?ve placed an order through deliveroo. Each time missing items, incorrect substitutions- it?s beyond a joke. An order has just arrived today. Out of 17 items ordered only 9 arrived. Although charged for all 17. Out the items that arrived 4 were incorrect and not an acceptable substitute - this is really annoying me now plus I have to wait up to 10 days for deliveroo to refund me for sainsbury error. Who ever deals with the shopping for deliveroo needs to be sacked

Got asked for ID when buying an energy drink. I'm 37 years. Staff really need to be trained on politeness, and being professional. The security guard could not answer the question, "Do I look 15?".. pathetic

Went in today and asked how to use Smart Shop as I have the app. The assistant that I asked said I could only use it with Google pay so I didn't use the app. Came home and read the FAQs which say debit or credit card can be used, so I lost any savings I would have made on the app. Not happy that I was given the wrong information, so will try another store in future or maybe not bother at all.

None of the self checkout machines work and apply the meal deal, plus staff just assume you are trying to scam that way when its their fault it doesnt work. Awful service, avoid at all costs

It is a slightly smaller branch but you can find almost everything you need.
