This shop is so badly managed - it?s as if they don?t want to sell clothes! One person on the till when 30 people are waiting in the queue, closing all the changing rooms because they can?t be bothered to keep them open. Change the manager please pull and bear hq

Shop designed to make you queue!! Poor selection for men and then had to wait in line for 30 minutes for the changing room on the womens' floor as they didn't have enough staff to open the mens' changing room. Queued again for the till. Plenty other options in the mall - won't go back.

No fitting rooms for people to try on clothes, now that rules have been relaxed.What I DID see in the fitting room area were boxes of stock everywhere.The stock boxes perhaps have been hidden in the booths to stop it looking so messy.

Went to shop here yesterday. Started off fine found lots of nice clothes, however when i went up to the changing rooms to try them on the girl that was working was just so rude and spoke very sarcastically to me when i asked a question. After i had tried the clothes on i realised i needed a smaller size in a skirt so i went back downstairs to see if they had it which they didn?t. I asked the guy at the till if they keep clothes out back and he was nice said yes to ask one of the colleagues on the shop floor to check for me. so i asked the girl who had been working in the changing rooms and she looked like she couldn?t be bothered and told me to ask someone else. so i went over to someone else and asked her if she could check. then i was greeted by the same rudeness with this other girl who didn?t even reply to me just grabbed the machine to check and just showed me they had none in stock without even speaking a word to me. it just made me feel very awkward and like i was asking her for too much. overall not great customer service at all.

Good selection of clothes, moderately organised store. My issue lies with the staff member that served me. Although I didn?t catch her name she didn?t acknowledge my waiting for 2-3 minutes to continue my purchase. I had to approach her to be served, a very unfriendly and unwelcoming service from her. She had some sort of accent and black hair. I don?t think I?d visit this store again as a result of this staff member.

Horrible experience at Pull and Bear Brighton today. Usually love coming in. Was waiting to go into the changing rooms when Anna (girl who was working) who I don?t really know, starts having a go at me over a personal issue, was totally shocked and humiliated. When entering a changing room it should be a comfortable experience, not a place to be had a go at by people working there. Felt so uncomfortable, put my clothes on which I wanted to be able to show my friend but felt to awkward to even do that. Considering as she was on shift, this is a complete lack of professionalism. Not coming back.

I appear to be having the same experience as most previous reviews. All I get is "We are reviewing you case". and unable to cancel my order for a refund!! What a way to run a business. Another manana!!

Inefficiency personified. If the card machine doesn?t work. Don?t spend 5 minutes and two staff members trying to fix it while we wait. Just let us pay on another terminal and fix it while keeping no one waiting. Worst retail experience of the decade.

If I could give 0 stars I would, awful service. I went in today at and purchased two items at 1.30 when I left the store I realised they had charged me wrong. We went to speak to a member of staff who informed me that it was THEIR error and they had priced the item wrong. The item was priced at 27.99 with a sale tag of 12.99. On the receipt it came up as 29.99. I asked if I could just return the item, the person I spoke to went and got their manager/supervisor who was behind the till (this was also the person who had just served me) he checked and said what's on the receipt was the correct price and told me if I want a refund to join the back of the queue again, he was dismissive and walked off back to talking to the group. Even though it was their mistake and I am fully in my right to demand they honor the mistaken price that they had placed on the item (even though I did not do this). The line was not only long, which is not ideal with a new born baby with us, but they had 5 members of staff not including the superviser just standing around the till just talking. I walked out and I'm furious with their service.

EVERY TIME I come the queues at the tills are absolutely horrendous!! It doesn?t matter what time of the day! Only 1 cashier most of the time!! And, if you?re returning an item, they waste time putting the alarm back on, hanging it neatly on a hanger? Honestly! They take the mickey! Absolutely disgraceful to treat customers like this, keeping them waiting for 45 minutes to pay.Fed up with the COVID and short of staff excuses. Half the country is on the dole - sort it out!!

Lady that served me was friendly, but sadly that is where the positive aspects of the experience end. Ridiculously long queues snaking round the store with staff seemingly unconcerned by this - merrily processing returns from the previous customer at their own pace and leaving only 1 cashier open. Inditex want customers back in their stores, yet the customer experience is utterly appalling and forgotten here.

Terrible company who expect their customers to account for the companies own mistaken deliveries by refusing to provide a courier and expecting customers to dispatch and process the shipping themselves.They then have selective choosing over their own policies and disclosed my account information to my partner (unlawfully).A company which has no respect for the Consumer Rights Act or Data Protection Act.Shambles of a company with no respect or concern for their customers.

Horrible staff, were so rude and began talking about me in another language telling me to go home when I was shopping near the back of the shop.
