What can you say about Primark now? Cheap, not so slow fashion. Something for all. You will def return with atleast one item no matter how broke you are.

Great quality, great prices.. And refund policy is awesome, staff are great and helpful once ask them, despite being under tremendous work load and have to arrange and fold many items repeatedly on daily basis. Hats off for all staff infront and behind the scene..

Large, spacious, and beautifully set. You would need little or no help from the staff to pick or get what you need

I find this place more of a calmer Primark compared to some I?ve shopped at which is a bonus. I don?t buy mega but for basics it?s very ideal. Always a good shopping experience.

A really mouthy girl was "serving" customers, but more interested in trying to flirt with the boy working alongside her. Usually a good place to shop, but her behaviour was annoying everyone in the queue waiting to be served.

Primark in Brighton is a popular shopping destination, but there are areas where improvement is possible while still acknowledging its positive aspects.Positive Aspects:1. **Affordability**: Primark is well-known for offering affordable clothing and a wide range of products. This makes it accessible to many shoppers on a budget.2. **Variety of Fashion**: The store provides a wide variety of fashion items, from clothing to accessories, catering to diverse tastes and styles.3. **Location**: The store's central location in Brighton is convenient, making it easily accessible to shoppers in the city center.Constructive Criticism:1. **Store Layout and Organization**: One area where Primark could improve is in the layout and organization of the store. It's often quite large, and navigating it can be confusing. Better signage or categorization of products could enhance the shopping experience.2. **Checkout Efficiency**: During busy times, checkout lines can be long and slow-moving. Adding more registers or implementing efficient queuing systems could reduce wait times.3. **Sustainability**: While Primark offers affordable fashion, there is room for improvement in promoting sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Encouraging responsible consumer choices and providing information on sustainable product lines would be a positive step.4. **Staff Training**: Consistent customer service quality can vary. Investing in staff training to ensure that employees are knowledgeable about products and can provide helpful assistance to customers would enhance the shopping experience. In summary, Primark in Brighton offers affordable fashion with a wide range of choices, and its central location is convenient. However, there's room for improvement in terms of store layout, checkout efficiency, sustainability practices, and staff training to ensure a more pleasant and customer-friendly shopping experience.

Picked up a pair of trousers which had a £10 red price tag. At the till they scanned as £17 so I queried this and was told that the £10 price tag had been put on incorrectly They refused to sell at the price shown and would let me pay £14 for them. So it seems that you can't trust Primark prices

I recently had the most extraordinary visit to Primark in Brighton! As an American in this charming British seaside town, I was truly amazed by this multi-floored shopping haven. I mean, the multiple floors, whoa! It's like a shopping adventure in itself. But what really caught my eye was the Disney licensed apparel section. I mean, who knew you could get your Disney fix alongside your budget fashion needs? The child in me was delighted, and my wallet even more so. The prices are so cheap; it felt like I was in some kind of shopper's paradise. Now, here's where it gets interesting. I couldn't help but notice that the staff seemed like they were being held against their will. They all had these scowls on their faces, and it left me wondering what was going on behind the scenes. Then, there was this unforgettable moment when I saw three women taking a photo of a breast cancer awareness poster that demonstrated how to check breasts. I asked them what they were up to, and they said in the US, they wouldn't dare show nipples in posters like that. It was an eye-opening cultural exchange, to say the least. Our conversation transitioned into them recommending a TV show called "Naked Attraction." I decided to watch it later that evening, and let me tell you, my life as an American will never be the same. I had no idea that's what the Brits show on TV!All in all, the experience at Primark was quite something. From the mundane wonder of the multiple floors to the amazement of Disney gear and budget prices, it's a unique place. But the scowling staff and the cultural exchange about nipple posters and TV recommendations made it clear that it was a memorable, albeit slightly bizarre, trip.

Just been in and bought a scarf, the most lovely man called Ian was serving on the top floor. He was so funny and kind. Had my first smile of a really hard day. Thank you Ian, I needed that smile. To him it's a job and I'm just another customer, to me it meant the world to have a friendly face

If you have visited one Primark you have pretty much visited them all, this one is no better or worse than any that I have visited. A decent sized store with a home department shared with the men's department on the top floor (Escalator access between each, I assume a lift is available but I didn't seek it out).Great priced clothing for anyone familiar with Primark. It was a Friday evening and only two cashiers were open for most of the time spent in the queue, but the wait was probably no more than 5 minutes altogether. I believe there are payment points on each floor so chances are at least one of them will have a heavier queue than the others.
