Go to the backroom launderette on London road they are much friendlier and give a better all-round service. Every time I went I had an issue.

The lady which was there at the time I have used the launderette was not helpfull. From her chare she was just saying things like "this machine does not exept £2 coins", "this dryer does not work", "this machine cost £8" ... Also she was most of the time talking on the phone. In light of the recent developments surrounding COVID-19 we are taking extra measures in our establishment. We are ensuring good hygiene procedures and particularly, regular and thorough hand cleaning is adopted by the whole team. We are regularly cleaning surfaces & handles with disinfectant. There are also a number of disinfectant sprays provided throughout the establishment for customers to use additionally on surfaces and handles.
A number of customers have asked if washing clothes will remove the virus?
Washing your clothes will likely remove any trace of the virus. In much the same way as washing hands, the virus would bond with the water/detergent solution and be rinsed away.
