Ok it’s a premier inn. It’s in a concrete box. But it’s in the centre of Brighton. Everything you want in Brighton is in walking distance. Right in the middle of the town centre so good location although very noisy and very very busy outside.The room was large and comfortable so was happy enough but the corridors and other communal areas of the hotel are filthy.Bar area was tiny with a small selection of beers but reasonably priced. Love the location! Right in the middle of everything and a 5 minute walk to the seafront. Enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra night. There isn't on site parking but they have a reduced price deal with a car park 2 minutes away.
