Two parcels sent from this post office first class and both were never received also heard from other sources they've had that experience, not too keen on the insincere looking woman dealing with post , I'm guessing she or they are stealing parcels

Appalling attitude for a post office, and small business. They should be ashamed of themselves, the pi*s poor service they provide is embarrassing. Went in with some pre-paid parcels, woman told me to leave them and come back later (As if ive got nothing better to do with me time). She sarcasticly said, "other people have to get to work". "You're not even paying, *pointed behind me* these people are paying. We're not a charity shop you know"Now I'm all for supporting your local post office, but this is one of the ones that deserves to be shut down. They should be ashamed of the poor service they're providing. 3.7 stars says it all really. They're an embarrasmemt.

I don't recognize some of the negative reviews on here. This post office offers a polite and efficient service for my selling needs, with reasonable prices on their packaging supplies and free parking outside (so no hassles from enthusiastic traffic-wardens).

Zero stars. Appallingly rude and abusive "service". I noticed there was no screen and the man behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask so, as I am in poor health, I decided to wait outside the shop until I could get to the counter. I waited to hold the door for the elderly gentleman leaving and was then greeted with waving arms and a barrage of abuse "Today please!". He continued to be extremely rude to me while serving me and shouted abuse at my back as I left. I have never experienced the like. Absolutely disgusting!

Disgusting customer service.Arrived 2 minutes after I received a text to say my parcel had arrived, man had just shut up shop and refused to give me my parcel, saying he "wants to watch the football".Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Just had the most horrible experience. Awful scowling man 'served' me this morning but said 2 of my 5 parcels (click and drop) would 'not scan'. Claimed it was an issue with the Royal Mail and I must call them. So I went home and called them and they said they'd never heard of this as an issue, and additionally there were two simple solutions, which the horrible man never mentioned or carried out. I took the parcels back this pm and they went through just fine. I started to explain what had happened, expecting them to apologise for their mistake and totally wasting my time, but the awful man started shouting and shouting at me really aggressively - he kept shouting that he "didnt care what the Royal Mail said" over and over - he wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to say. I am shocked that this kind of person is working in retail, let alone representing the Post Office/Royal Mail. He should be ashamed. Wish I could put zero stars. Please do not support this business.

Great post office! I use this post office for an online business and also for a local shop. The people there are great and so helpful it?s so nice to see their friendly faces.
