Always loved it. Convenient, free to park outside, helpful staff and usually (unless there is a queue of course), very quick too. The view while you wait is a bonus, in addition to the fact that you can now buy F&B, and greetings cards.

A lovely friendly local cafe with a good selection of drinks and cakes, recently refurbished. A perfect meeting place for the local neighbourhood, which was crying out for a place like this!

I visited this Post office and was very pleasantly surprised about the amazing transformation of this property. They now have a very nice modern coffee shop and an updated post office as well.Good selection of cakes and from next week they are serving sandwiches as well

I have tried to use this post office a few times and each time have had the unfortunate experience of being fronted with the female manager of the store. She is rude and condescending, and today told me I couldn?t drop my free post parcel as it was too big (even though the store is large with plenty of space) - being a mum with a young child I do not have time to faff around finding different post offices that actually do their job.Instead I can highly recommend the post office in Patcham village (nearby) with actual customer service being displayed and a much better collection of greetings cards

Ghastly place. Postmistress usually finds something to object about. Whatever you want, you are going about it incorrectly and she will pick holes in it. She has a particular axe to grind about any service that you do mostly online first; i.e. business 'stolen' from her. She will make up problems to take out her bitterness on customers. Go somewhere else. One star is too many.

The lady who works in there is notoriously rude. I live locally and the majority of locals are now avoiding this post office due to how rude and unhelpful the lady is. Every time I go in she gets ruder and ruder, I will no longer be going to this post office as I know many others have decided not to.

Generally rude P.O staff, got excuses that parcels couldn't be processed from eBay. Said only certain post offices can process such items which is not true. When questioned why, she muttered. With this attitude I can't see this post office surviving much longer. Shame, another local that will be shut

Not too helpful

Rude and unhelpful. They won't accept parcels if they are too 'large' which to them is anything longer 100 CM. Place looks like its falling apart and you can't pay by card unless you go to to another counter to pay. Really weird P.O, you feel like your just putting them out with the simplest of requests, won't use again.
