Ordering on App at the table that wouldn't work. Took a long time and eventually the order was taken manually. Food took way too long to arrive. Hugely disappointing the Buffet Menu.

Really enjoyable place to eat, staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Great menu gluten and dairy free options that are actually really nice and a great salad bar, that's has only just come back after covid.\\n\\nA handy meal deal with a main, starter, all you can eat salad bar and a choice of drinks including a refillable coke all for about £17.\\n\\nGood price for a meal . Really enjoyed the meal and the waitress who was serving us was so helpful and keep not do anymore . Will come back .we'll done

I love this place, but it's a bit crusty... Pizza is my favorite food but pizza hut is not my favorite place, especially not this pizza hut. Anyway, I'd recommend but only if you have the patience and expectations to deal with poor service and crusty food. K bye.

Absolutely shocking , Firstly its cashless which I don't agree with , however we finally got seated even though it had 1 table seated ( who by the way left , due to service) also another table came and left very quickly. App not working to order food .\\nFood took 50 mins to be served despite being the only people in there at time of ordering.\\n1 poor lad trying to do it all, spoke with manager which was like talking to a plant ....no fcuks given ...food finally came out cold......Avoid

Disappointed! Was the worst pizza which I ate in my life! I was hungry and I ate 2 small pieces but after hours still feel sick.\\nI never visit again and not recommend. Used to be one of my favorite places before Covid. But now things change in bad way.

Brighton pizza hut was the best experience I've had in a pizza hut. Lovely staff. A brilliant pizza and a quiet atmosphere.

Staff are very helpful and kind, as went in with people who have complex eating requirements. All the requirements were met, and the staff were very helpful and patient. Really nice salad buffet, and pizza choice. Pasta and bolognaise sauce tastes wonderful!

Went for the all you can eat buffet, the choice of pizzas was ... One, actually they brought another out, but for 40 minutes it was the same two pizzas, imagine an all you can eat buffet with nice fresh pizza ... This wasn't it, admittedly we were there early and there weren't a huge number of other folks there ....

Great for both eating in and take outs.
Near the car park so good ease of access for all.
I got a take out so I could watch the footy and the food was ready exactly when they said it would be.
Pizza was great, probably my favourite from all the chains.
Cost isn't too bad if you get the deals, individual items can be pricey however.

Staff were beyond helpful, friendly and approachable.
Food was okay - pricing is outrageously high for quality of food.
The only reason I'd ever return is due to how helpful and friendly the staff are.
