Visited for the second time in a month, again they only had two members of staff... who were both behind counter and supposedly another helping with the self service machines, on both occasions no one was actually helping customers with self service machine so the queue for the counter was 8 people deep and over twenty minute wait!
Once my turn, the woman behind counter was working painfully slow, dithering... surely by cutting local services you should be putting more efficient staff in the limited branches and running an efficient service.
After twenty years, that was the final straw... Iâ??ll now be moving banks!
