My recent experience at Morrison in Brighton has prompted me to offer some constructive feedback. Providing better guidance and promptly addressing customer inquiries would contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.Secondly, the entrance security measures may need to be reassessed. Enhancing security protocols, such as more vigilant monitoring of incoming and outgoing patrons, would contribute to a safer shopping environment for everyone.Lastly, attention to cleanliness within the store could be improved. While I understand the challenges of maintaining a large retail space, a more frequent and thorough cleaning schedule, especially in high-traffic areas, would contribute to a more visually appealing and hygienic shopping environment.It's important to note that these suggestions are intended to enhance the existing positive aspects of Morrison in Brighton. With a more customer-centric approach, improved security measures, and a focus on cleanliness, Morrison could elevate its standing as a go-to shopping destination in the area.

Quite a big store with lots in that could be useful for home and other things, big the more inside one goes, but not all that big when seen from the outside, not bought anything from there but interested to see what was there.

Super easy to get around and quite busy at times. I like the renovation it's made it easier to get around. It's a smallish supermarket so you'll find anything you need in no time and they always have everything I need.

Only one Morrison's stores in Brighton and not very big as well. I tried Indian groceries. Not all but a few items are available here. They have varieties of vegetables and fruits.

about 2 weeks ago I was shopping in this store with my son, my son was taking bleach and his clothes were ruined and Morrison was washing his hands and despite reporting to the manager who wrote down my phone number and address, still no one is talking, it shouldn't be the fault store that there are open goods on the shelves and if I got burned, they would still give a damn about me??

Questionable veg in store, pay very close attention to what you buy. Found a refrigerator with a load of salmon fillets that would no doubt have ended up with a severe case of food poisoning. The staff are more often than not let down by the appalling quality of some products. Morrisons being a private company now would make you think that things would improve, clearly not the case.

Ridicolous, I bought one meaty product, unfortunately didn't check it well before going home. After coming back from shopping noticed that product looks 'unhealthy ', has white coating. I took everything unpackaged with receipt and spent another 20mins walk to return that and everything what I heard was that I came too late, cause after 20 mins they don't returns on food! Very poor...
