I?m appalled, I ordered a wrap of the day, chips and a burger with no mayonnaise. I received no chips, the wrong wrap and there?s mayonnaise in the burger.

Leaving a 1 star review due to ordering 2 meals for myself and my boyfriend, asked to wait in the car park which wasn't a problem, when they came with the food all they gave us was a bag with 2 portions of chips.. no meals like we paid for, had to go back inside to let them know they forgot the main part of the order, disappointing service.

Constant Just Eat collections mean that this is not fast food for people sat in the restaurant. Long waits (30 mins +), order often wrong. The staff do work incredibly hard and look ran off their feet. I wouldn't blame the staff, rather heavy demand through delivery orders which could be diverted to a seperate kitchen.

It was crowded and it said no table service so I thought it was take away only. But after asking, it was just you could eat in you just had to pick up your own food order. It was really busy. But staff were very good.

This morning I went to the London Road Amac. We spent more than 30 minutes waiting for our order, which was already ready, and they just talked. The manager is called Kim, I spoke to her and she told me that one day it takes 2 minutes and the other more than 30 and that this is normal. I asked for the name of a employee because I was going to make a complaint, they refused to give his name and the employee didn't have a badge. This manager spends her time covering up and doesn't solve the problems.

Waited 45 minutes for our food. The restaurant clearly had technical issues which prevented orders going out but didn't close to fix them. Food was cold when it eventually came out. None of our items had monopoly peels on them when they should have done. Absolute shambles - I feel sorry for the crew, some of whom were obviously stressed.

The food was fine, but I am extremely disappointed in the staff?s response to an extremely verbally abusive argument that occurred in the restaurant.A massive row started happening between a couple. Man shouting at a woman who started hysterically screaming, this progresses on for about 10 minutes. They played an announcement over the speakers that the restaurant doesn?t ?don?t tolerate antisocial behaviour? and are being ?remotely monitored?, but did nothing to intervene until after the fight escalated beyond an extent of an extremely worrying level and also disrupting everyone eating. Shouting could be heard across the store, and then the man physically went around the other side of the table and sat next to the woman (I don?t know whether to comfort or if he made physical with her contact as my vision was obscured), which made things worse initially. More arguing after this continued for another 10 minutes, where staff just came over and stood near the table and didn?t do anything. After another 5 minutes, a member of staff spoke a few words to them and then just stood there watching them afterwards from a distance just monitoring them. They should have been removed from the restaurant well before this issue escalated to what it was and contacted the proper local authorities. The least of my concerns is it that it disrupted my restaurant experience, I?m way more concerned that they let the man rip into this woman for so long without stepping in and doing something.Then finally, a siren played and the remote person intervened to say police were coming. This call was broadcasted throughout the ENTIRE restaurant. This was WAY too late in the situation, it should have happened much earlier. The broadcasting only made the situation worse, as I thought it would. I would suggest if you are calling the police in the future for an argument like this to not broadcast the chat throughout the entire restaurant as it seemed to aggravate the man?s response towards the workers which made me concerned for their safety. I really wanted to leave, but I didn?t feel safe to leave the restaurant as I would have to pass the table that this couple were situated on. The broadcast did get them both to eventually leave, but I worry about how certain individuals may respond to this broadcasted announcement in relation to the staff asking them to leave or others around them. Especially as part of the broadcast/talk with in-store staff included identifying individuals by race, gender and ethnicity. This is yet another factor that could potentially aggravate a situation if a person feels they might be incorrectly identified.After the couple left, two members of the staff then quite loudly discussed the details of the incident with each other right by the bins in the middle for the restaurant, of which I could hear every single word. I found this very unprofessional, as I would expect this kind of conversation to be done in private out of sight or earshot from customers, or at least at a discreet volume so I don?t have to hear about what just happened.For a restaurant that says they ?don?t tolerate antisocial behaviour?, they let this incident continue for about 40 minutes until the couple individually left the restaurant. I certainly won?t be coming back here as I don?t feel safe to be there anymore.This incident began around 17:40, and ended around 18:00 on 13/09/23.
