I bought a coat here and the quality turned out to be bad: A seam ripped after wearing it only a couple of times.I emailed the shop about it and never received any response about. So, my experience with this shop summarized: poor service, poor quality. Sorry!

I am a customer since 2014, yesterday my wife and me visit the store. Best service as always. Bought a wonderful suit. There is no better. Spoke with Laurie on the phone prior to ordering on line. Was guided through the accurate sizing and colour description. Made my decision and ordered in the late Friday afternoon. Postman knocked on my door at 09:30 Saturday morning with my beautifully boxed suit, after travelling across the country.Perfect fit and couldn't be happier!

Laurie was incredibly helpful in helping me choose an outfit. He assisted me in sizes and styles, and offered up different looks and mixes of items. Super happy with my shirt and jacket I ended up buying. Will be back for sure

Grew up in brighton in the 80s and bought a fair bit of stuff from JTG when i lived there. Been living in Germany since 1995 and always visit when i return for holidays to stock up on clothes.Recently mail ordered my wedding suit from them and Adam?s customer service was absolutley first class in ensuring i got the very best advice regarding fit, style and colour. He really does know what he?s talking about and was able to sell me a suit over the phone which was perfect in every way.Cant say enough to praise JTG for quality, price and a level of customer service that is second to none.

Exceptional service from the off. Suit ordered & delivered next day. Unfortunately it didn't fit so with correspondence arranged a trip to the shop where they had alternative suits waiting. With their attentive service i walked away with a beautiful suit, shirt, tie & pocket sq. A very happy customer. Thank you.

I recently got to visit Jump the Gun in person for the first time and it felt like being a kid in a candy store. There is so much quality menswear and you'll probably find yourself making some hard decisions on how much money you're willing to drop.In case you're not familiar with the brand from their online presence, they specialise in smart men's fashion...ivy, mod, call it what you like. They have many sharp suits, jackets, trousers, etc. I walked away with a very fine corduroy blazer in a lovely beige colour. Ace. I would probably have bought some trousers too if my runner's legs were a bit more accommodating to the fit. Additionally, the gentleman working at the shop was very friendly and helpful, providing a lot of context about the production that went into each of the pieces. Do yourself a favour and stop by if you're in the area.
