I always check out Iceland for specials together with half a dozen other everyday shops. There's always a few favourite things and they have as good environmental credentials as any other major outlet and better than most. McVities large ginger cake £1 this week and for the last few months. Great value. Plus other bits.

I really get annoyed when they call you over to another till to cut down the cue then when you go they close the till. There are some lovely ppl working in there but they weren't there today.

Good value for money meals and well stocked shelves. Staff are always around to help if needed and assist with any questions. A very good quality shop to get all your frozen foods.

Some of the food isn't too bad really although most of the ready meals are disgusting, full of salt, sugar and fat. But my main reason for giving only one star is the manageress (the fat woman) is so rude, obnoxious and if you ever need to speak to her about anything she just speaks over you, smirks & laughs, not good with customers at all. Then you have the skinny little weasel of a security guard who looks at EVERYONE like they are common thieves. Contrary to what he might believe; not everyone is. Avoid and really only use this place if you must.
