Holland \\u0026 Barrett, Churchill Square\\nAppalling customer service from 'Sandra'. refused to acknowledge social distancing. Standing outside of the screen whilst at the checkout. Wears her mask under her chin. First words out of her mouth were - 'pay by card'. I asked about a product - she told me to 'hurry up'. In stark contrast there is another store 5minutes walk away. The staff are friendly, observe social distancing...\\n\\nWhat is the lady in Churchill Square's problem and why don't the management address this with staff training?
