I went into this store on North Street to return an item for £5 today and left feeling uncomfortable.I was served by a very rude member of staff who confronted me when I had mentioned I was returning the item for a triple strength product. The member of staff advised that no vitamin is stronger than the other and that they all have different purposes and suggested that the one I was interested in was not good for heart and brain.I had already clarified that my Mother had purchased the same item I was returning and was advised in the same shop to purchase the 'triple strength' as it was better and stronger. The staff member disregarded what I had said and I felt uncomfortable with the tone they were using as they were advising me that the vitamins with the red label are only good for joints, not heart and brain.After I left I researched both products and I found no red labelled vitamin that suggests that it is only good for joints however it suggests on the label that it is great for heart health.I then called H&B customer service for their advice on the vitamins and they confirmed that the red triple strength on the packaging means that the vitamin will be stronger and are not just for joints but for heart and brain too.So in fact after all of that confrontational advice I was given whilst being refunded £5, the advice was incorrect and in a nut shell, unnecessary and a waste of time. I will not be going back to this shop again.

Went at 9.50-ish and it wasn't open. Meant to open at 9am. Nothing on the door to explain why. MInd you, very windy weather, maybe staff couldn't get in?

Unhelpful, rude staff who don?t know what they?re doing. Put an online order in on a Friday night for delivery on Saturday, Deliberately made sure it would arrive on Saturday because I needed it urgently. Popped into the shop to ask if they knew roughly what time it?d arrive, to be told we don?t have deliveries on Saturday it will be on Monday. Reiterated that it said it was going to arrive on the Saturday, only to be patronisingly told that I must?ve made a mistake. Ended up buying the products in store which cost me more money. 15 minutes later text message saying my delivery had arrived in store. 10 days later, first time I could collect it only to find out has been returned. No warning. When I explained this to the staff in the shop they were really unhelpful, & just stood gawping at me. No attempt at an apology whatsoever. If they?d been vaguely apologetic or helpful I wouldn?t have minded but they clearly couldn?t give a damn. Last time I?m shopping with H&B.

Super nice service! Forgot my phone and they kept it save til I got back
