Initial courteous phone call to confirm the booking. I turned up at the allotted time to have my front two tyres changed and was not disappointed in any way with the service I received. A very professional garage who did the required work with no problems and the fitting and balancing is top notch. Would heartily recommend them for your tyre requirements.Service: Tires

Saw another reviewer commenting on their MOTs and I have to agree.They failed my MOT due to the headlamps washers ?not working? and told me I had to go to a main dealer to have it repaired because they apparently couldn?t do it and return to them for the MOT again. I spoke to main dealer who said this wasn?t the case so I took it elsewhere and it appears they just didn?t turn the lights on which activates the washers. When I took it back to Elite the guy I spoke to made some excuse and was rude when I asked about making a note or something on the failed MOT they gave me.I won?t be returning here.

After travelling from Bognor Regis to Brighton I noticed I had a flat tyre. I phoned Elite Garages in Brighton and they said I could bring my car in straight away. After examining the tyre they fitted a new one at the bargain price of £61. The service was therefore quick, easy and cheap, everything I needed! Thanks very much.Service: Tires

Be careful - do not trust their MOT services. After failing my car on ?emissions?, and refusing to properly diagnose the car they quoted me a ridiculous price to change the cat converter without actually investigating the issue. Found two different independent mechanics to query MOT results, both discovered after warming the engine correctly the MOT passed its emissions tests. New MOT test has picked up however a dangerous fault in the suspension, which I had observed rattling for previously whilst driving. Not only have Elite garages failed to perform my MOT correctly, they missed a very dangerous fault and try to over quote me for work that didn?t need doing. I have now found a reliable trusted mechanic who is repairing for half the price I was quoted at Elite. Mechanics at Elite are either lazy or incompetent (or both) DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I've used this garage a few times now, most recently for an MOT which flagged that I needed both front shock absorbers replacing. The work was done very quickly, and I was kept updated the whole way through when there was an issue with one of the parts needed. The mechanics are exceptionally kind, and took a great deal of time talking to me about the work that was done and answering any questions I had. Easily the best garage I've ever used and cannot recommend more highly - as a nervous driver, the time that I was given meant a huge amount to me, and will no doubt help a lot of other people too.Services: Steering & suspension repair
