Had to wait 30minutes to get a sim replacement and it wasn't busy, though they had 3 customers and 2 staff members. The procedurewas unpleasant , to take photo like I'm at a police check after I already gave my ID and phone number.The staff looked confused on who to help me and switched between other customers.
