Traditional and modern style of the legendary 'Doc Martens boot' and other variations. Friendly and accommodating staff. Recommend a visit before buying on line if you've never owned a pair.

Really brilliant service. I didn't feel like the product suited me in the end but it was refreshing to have such friendly and helpful staff in a shop these days. Thank you.UPDATE: Went back today and finally bought the lovely made in England boots I was after and the service was just as good again :-)

Wanted to exchange boots, bought from Brighton store, rang first, travelled along way, to be told they'd been worn, which they absolutely had not. Complaint to customer service, no reply. Terrible customer service.
