Such a lovely place and they always do an amazing job whoever you choose.I started with acrylics but have switched to dipping powders since growing out my nails. No more extensions yay! So many lovely colours to choose from. They do designs if you request it, gorgeous ombres, and always cheerful and lovely.Update- switched back to acrylics and they are so strong and long lasting, nothing is too much for the folks that work there, and so affordable! £35 for a full set.HIGHLY recommend this place.Services: Nail extensions

I used this salon several times in the past, and had good service.However on my last occasions I had the most awful experience: in short, at the beginning of the gel manicure appointment I have kindly asked the lady nail technician (who by the way has never done my nails in the past, I guess you just get whoever is free) to make sure my gel nails are painted as close to the cuticles as possible, as I don?t like the gap some nail technicians leave, which is my personal preference.The lady seemed like she understood my request. During the appointment she worked so fast, moved my hands around so quick I could not even check what she?s doing. In the meantime no communication whatsoever.After quick 15 minutes she lets me know my gel polish is ready.When I look at the result I have to point out that at least on three fingers the gel has set unevenly near the skin and surprise surprise , there is a big gap between my cuticles.As a healthcare worker I only get to have gel nails when I?m on annual leave, so the few time I get to have it i like to have it nicely done, which I think it?s understandable?So, this lady then starts to have a rather loud outburst at me, shouting she has done my manicure perfectly, and then starts to drag my hand across the salon to show her work to her colleague, AND a costumer who is there getting a pedicure..I was shocked about the whole scene, did not know what?s happening, all I know I was feeling very uncomfortable. instantly regretted not asking specifically for the other technician who usually does my gel manicures.I was put in a very uncomfortable position, and even after months of this happening i regret paying for that service. I should have stood up for myself there and then.Please do better. This costumer service is unacceptable.

They soaked my whole finger tips in acetone to remove gel. It completely ruined my nails, they were so sore and started peeling after a couple of days? place is quite dirty, nothing?s sterilised between clients. It is cheap and service was very quick.Service: Manicure

Was so pleased with the service. I had gel extensions and a pedicure which were amazing. Prices are so good and quality of service is outstanding. It was my first time having nails done and the staff really listened to what I wanted and the results were even better than I expected! Really friendly and kind.Services: Nail extensions
