Rude, indifferent staff. Too expensive. Always out of stock on fresh food. Think of it more like an off licence and a cramped one at that. Hygiene is questionable. Avoid if you can. It is cheaper to shop at the marks and Spencer and 103 times more pleasant and with more choice

I tried to stop a shop lifter stealing as there is no guard here, for my trouble I?ve got a damaged shoulder. The poor staff at the shop said coop won?t pay for a security guard and this is happening DAILY. Even though apparently customers are being assaulted. Of course coop doesn?t care, it would rather it?s staff and customers err threatened rather than pay for a security guard. They have the security footage. The guy who was thriving and who assaulted me is in the pictures.

Delivery driver extremely rude and ignorant.. parking in the customer parking bay and half on the bike lane. Witnessed the Delivery man verbally abusing an old lady and her grand-daughter

Convenient, essential products to choose from if you don?t need a massive shop - but be warned: there are regular beggars sitting by the cycle racks by Dyke Road - continuously hounding you for spare change or asking ?if you can help?? Very off putting for the local community and a potential motivator to avoid this store. If it will be merged to a neighbouring shop, please fix the beggar problem either way! Police have been notified.

I originally had a light-hearted review here but it has since come to my attention that this Co-op is attempting to expand into the neighbouring Latina and Seven Cellars, so I've decided I'll not be shopping there again - don't let these guys strip Seven Dials of its independent charm just because they're trying to cram way too much into a small space.

Really unimpressed with the actions this coop is taking to take the leases away from the two wonderful independent shops next door. Even though it?s my closest shop, I won?t be shopping here again.

This is your regular small format mini supermarket so choice of items is relatively limited but has all the essentials including bakery, flowers, alcohol. Staff behaviour can range from extremely warm to extremely cold!! They also have self check out machines

I had a somewhat unique situation, but the staff were wonderful. They did all they could to be helpful and quick while I was there, and in the end went out of their way to meet my needs. Great experience and a special thanks to the employee who talked with me, and for the enquiries she made.

The earlier reviews are spot on. Pretty miserable, cramped store. Almost zero respect for social distancing and no measures to avoid COVID spreading (how about some wiping down of the self-service touchscreen every now and then?). Security staff on door is generally always rude too.

The shelves are always pretty bare, there are big metal trolleys in the way so it's not easily accessible if you've got a buggy or if you're in a wheelchair! The staff are nice but this co op branch has so much work to do to become even ok-ish... They need better shelf stacking strategies, more products to fulfill demand and sort out the accessibility issue...

I don't have high standards for grocery stores, but wow this place makes for a truly miserable shopping experience. Unbearably cramped design... impossible to walk down any of the aisles without having to beg someone to let you pass them. If you have claustrophobia, this store will probably induce a panic attack. The other Co-Op down the street is also garbage, but it's still better than this purgatory.

What a miserable shopping experience! The majority of staff are at best indifferent, and seem happier to chat amongst themselves than engage with customers. Try being professional and maybe even crack a smile, you have a job so be grateful. Trust me there are others out there worse off than you!
