I?ve been using the sunbeds over the last few months. The beds are super clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful - such a lovely vibe. Really pleased with my tan :-)

Such a friendly salon! Modern interior and offers great prices on all treatments especially the sun bed deals. Also perfectly located which makes it very easy to get to by either car, train,walking or bus.

The receptionists are lovely but the owner leaves a lot to be desired - she needs to attend a course on learning people skills - not surprising the place is always empty

I have been coming to beauty spot for a while now and have always been really happy with it. The reception staff have always been lovely and friendly and helpful. I usually see Sarah who is absolutely wonderful, does great brows, gel nails and massage.I often book via email and always hear back very promptly.Highly recommend!

Went in this salon for a beauty treatment that was done to a VERY poor quality. I walked in the receptionist was sitting on facebook and had to wait until she finished on that before I was seen to. I had to wait and whilst doing so the decor was highlighted to me as awful. there were chips of paint everywhere. There was a hole in the ceiling. The place looked dirty and the customer service was appauling. I wouldn't bother wasting your money on this.

I feel that I must write a review especially after seeing the reviews that have been posted regarding a mobile phone. I have been a regular customer at Beauty Spot for a couple years and I can honestly say that the service and customer care is excellant. You are made very welcome, comfortable and the experience always leaves you relaxed and ready for the rest of the day or evening. I often recommend the saloon to friends and will continue to do so. Lovely girls within the saloon who cannot do enough for you.

Hey, still going to beauty spot, ive now discovered Shellac and have that instead of my acrylics itsFAB its just like a normal polish but lasts for 2-3 weeks without chipping and i use a computer all day!!!!!! its such a great new thing! I also recently changed my hair colour from almost black i wanted highlights and wasnt sure it would work but Jess the hairdresser worked magic on it and we got there much quicker than i thought!!!!! All the girls are a laugh i feel so relaxed coming here (the wine def helps) i would recommend anyone to come here!!!! Lottie xxxxxxxxx

I regularly go to the Beauty Spot Studio and love it. The staff are really friendly (and knowledgeable) and I can get all the things I want under one roof new hair style and colour by Jessica, who's a London hair stylist, my nails done by Jaz (Shellac is amazing, I will never go back to ordinary nail vanish now) and a sun tan! I would definately recommend this salon to anyone who wants to experience a quality salon with professional, haighly trained staff.

Have been going here for a few months for sunbeds. Was in there Tues night and someone came into the locked cubicle and stole my mobile phone while I was on the sunbed - sick or what?! The girl working in the salon says no one came in while I was in there and having just spoken to the owner, I have been banned for accusing them of having crime on the premises! DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY ALL IN ON IT AND WILL STEEL FROM CUSTOMERS!!!
