Mortgage deal coming to an end, lovely call from Jane where she walked me through what Mortgage options were on offer. I was able to select a Tracker with no fee and no redemption charges and cheaper than the standard variable rate. Delighted with the unexpected customer call and the service. Thank you

What a lovely friendly branch. They always give a lovely welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for the counter staff and Jane is always available to answer any questions that I have.

The last bank / building society left on the high street. Sad times. Itâ??s also the only ATM that end of the high street so factor that in if you need cash but arenâ??t going towards the Abbey or donâ??t want to pop into Jempsons.
