Had a problem using my Christmas gift cards online as you could not use multiple cards. Eventually someone at main office amalgamated them onto 1card and I was successful. Unfortunately my jacket was not suitable and I had to return it but my refund was not processed correctly. I rang my local shop in Princes Quay and spoke to a lady called Amanda who was extremely helpful and sorted out my refund problems for me and really went the extra mile. I love Roman styles and quality fashion and will remain a loyal customer even after this" hiccup"

Terrible costom service blond lady working there supposed to help out people that are coming in was extrly rude to some costomers. We sat down for 5 mintes after looking around, with one of us having feet problems affectng walking a lot, she had a go, and made a snarkey comment saying "for you 4 to sit here and take up space." we would have quite obviously moved if somebody had came in.a but no one was acctually there after being rude she turned arounf to another costomer that was trying cloths on saying I dont come here sorting stuff out fro hours for you to wreck eveything.

The lady in the store was very helpful, she rang other shops for a dress my friend had fallen in love with but wanted it in the green. The other store in Leeds was very accommodating too as they held it for her. My friend was very happy with the outcome. So a very big "THANK YOU" from me on her behalf ?? Take care & stay safe ?

Really enjoyed our visit, loved the beach and the cliff full of caves. Also lots of interesting shops. Parking is limited so arrive early in the High season

They had a sale on where they dropped the price of clothing from £35 to £30. Clothes are mid range and slightly overpriced in my opinion.
