Fantastic service I phoned the shop and they arranged I drop my cd player for an inspection it was found to be beyond repair so I bought a new free extended warranty. Excellent service they actually listen and take my views on. Would highly recommend Richer Sounds to anyone seeking out a system that compliments your music ?

Continues to be an amazing shop, with brilliant staff. The brand truly recognises loyal customers. Accommodating and always there to help with post-sale queries. (Such a rarity nowadays). Wide selection of electronics. Can't be beaten in prices either.

Not just the best retail experience for audio video products. The best retail experience!Personal service, knowledgable, genuine, answer calls, emails? just all round great.All other high street retailers should stop whining about competing with online sales and look at Richer Sounds.

Was met by the manager Paul who is vastly knowledgable in Audio/Visual. On my first visit he helped me navigate through what would be best suited to my budget and room needs. I eventually opted for a full 5.1.1 Dali speaker system which Paul recommended would pair perfectly with My Denon receiver previously sold by Richer Sounds. Even though they didn?t have my subwoofer in stock at the time I was offered the same sub in a different colour as a loan to get me set up until such time my sub was delivered to my door by Paul himself. An outstanding service to provided to which I will be returning if and when I decide to upgrade. Do not walk by this shop if you are serious about having the best sound and vision affordable to you. Very friendly and expertly knowledgable staff that great you from walking in the door.On my second visit to look for a receiver upgrade, I found the shop rather busy, I waited a short while and was informed someone would be with me shortly, understanding I waited a little while longer but could see they were busy still so thought I would come back later knowing I would be in good hands. I was parked outside the shop, within seconds I was greeted again by Paul the manager who couldn?t be more apologetic for the delay which hadn?t actually bothered me at all considering he was with a customer. Paul spared me a few minutes to inquire as to the purpose of my visit and gave me great advice of an upgrade from my Denon AVC 2200W. My girlfriend didn?t understand my affinity with richer sounds and bought me the recommended receiver from another supplier as a gift. My pint being that I have always received sound advice and greeted warmly by Paul and his excellent staff so it confuses me as to why another reviewer on here would write a bad review regarding customer service at Hull Richer sounds when I have received A1 service here time and time again. As a personal message to Paul, your staff are a credit to you and as such I will continue to shop and take your expert advice.. Next on my list are Dali Rubikon 6 as an upgrade from the Dali Zensor 7..

I went to richer Sounds to look for a new television. The friendly staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I got exactly what I needed after they showed me all the options. The TV and sound system were delivered by their own team free of charge within three days. Richer Sounds is the best place to go for your tv and hi fi requirements. Highly recommended.

Richer SoundsPopped in this morning without checking their opening hours to find they were closed until 12am.It was 11am and I was parked outside the front door with amp in the boot of my car that needed a service.I thought I?d be cheeky and see if there was anyone in since I couldn?t get back into Hull for another week, so I called.Kal answered and said he?d let me in.We did the transaction and Kal loaned me another amp until mine was sorted.That?s exceptional customer service from a great company that has the best deals, technical expertise, demo suite, and great staff!Thanks Kal! ??

Twice bitten I blame myself 2 years ago I managed to go backwards on a waiting list for an LG c1 tv when they were fresh out and when I say backwards I mean by 50 or 60 places the sceptic in me says they were selling tv's to others that were not on the list , but I eventually received my Tv and having a dreadful experience that actually put us in a position with no proper Tv for 5 days, I know real world problems etc but a house with 6 people in with no Tv other than a 27 inch bedroom tv you can Imagine. So I have used other retailers for my needs for the past two years as you can imagine. Out of some kind of misguided loyalty or laziness not quite sure which decided to give them another chance having had my Denon Avr receiver go pop so ordered over the phone was assured for next day delivery which was handy as I had taken the day off work that day as I was originally going to order elsewhere from my retailer of choice and I knew they could deliver that day decided to give Richer Sounds another go paid over the phone everything seemed fine bit puzzled as to why a distant sale didn't entitle me to an email or a receipt or anything for that matter but guess it would come with the item and yes you 100% can guess what happened no delivery upon ringing store nobody had done anything no paperwork, no courier to deliver item despite them receiving the money the day before so my 1 day of availability in the next week and waited all day nothing but as I say guess the jokes on me for giving them another chance it will not happen again!
