Booked online, collected in store. Great service. Item was ready to collect at the branch and dropping it off after hire was without hassle.Took a star off because the booking system you get through via email to arrange collection/drop off seems to be a hangover from COVID that's not really in use anymore. I was outside the branch confused as to how it works but then just went in and collected it. They probably should get rid of that system is it's not actively in use. Minor issue though.

Was told bank card details will be taken but no funds will leave my account. Goods have been returned the deposit has left my account instantly but since have gone overdrawn and now have to wait 3-5 working days

Tried to use the click &collect service. Ordered item booked timeslot to collect the item but because the office forgot to call me to get ID we was refused the item never use the click and collect service the bloke at the branch said it is like that all the time there always having. To turn people away
