If I could give them no stars I would. My son wants to change his surname back to his birth name. We have done all that the .Gov website told us to do and Barclays own site tells us to do. They will not accept the paperwork. They want a driving licence.....my son is blind, he can't have one. They want a passport, my son is on benefits and can't afford one. They want him to have a notorised deed and again, costs money. We have a deed signed by people who have known hi for over 10 years, but we were told if we get a certificate off the Internet from someone who has never met him they will accept that !!!! Barclays you are not disabled friendly.

Been a customer for 38 years. Haven't been able to get onto my online account in months thanks to that ridiculous PINsentry machine. Been trying last few days to get the app but my application keeps getting knocked back with no explanation as to what's wrong.By comparison I opened the Co-op Bank app in 8 minutes having been a customer for 1 dayIronically I went to my local branch an hour ago to withdraw my funds and close the account...only to find the branch was long gone.Now have to get to Hull just to shut the account once and for all. Used to be such a good bank up to around 2007. Been in decline ever since

Staff not very friendly, both seemed miserable and just wanted to go home. Did not get the situation sorted with my online banking. And not really helpful with the other questions I was asking. The girl found something amusing on the laptop and seemed more interested when her friends arrived. As for the young man, I think he needs to learn how to smile and offer more practical help. I have been a customer for many years but now I think it is time for a change

Thank you for providing an excellent service, very lovely staff at this branch who respect people from all backgrounds regardless. Sadly I had to change banks as the staff at Beverley Barclays do not respect disabled people like myself chatting to their friends and staff while I'm waiting 15 minutes to be served. What should of took me 2 minutes at Hull to deposit money at Beverley it took me 20 minutes as the staff can't be bothered to do their job accurately and professionally at the Beverley Branch.

Waiting to put money in to my account to be told to go learn how to do it my self very arrogantly because they won't take my money over the counter.Would of been nice if she offered to show how the machine works.Any way much nicer staff down the street at natwest
