Very rude and not helpful staff need to learn customer service

Came in today to collect a prescription that was 12 days late. We was met with Erica, and calling her unprofessional is putting it lightly. Unapologetic in her manner, and inaccurate in her statements. She asked us to come back in 15 minutes and when we did she told us to wait another 10 like we have all the time in the world. She didn?t even bother apologising and excused her poor work ethic by saying that ?we?ve got flu jabs today?. Making us feel unvalued as customers and people. It?s poor all around, I work in hospitality myself and have always been trained to prioritise making the experience a pleasant one for the customers, regardless of circumstances. This is lost on your employees, especially Erica. Id suggest a meeting to retrain her and reinforce her customer service skills, as I don?t believe she belongs in this field of work other wise.

Came in to collect my prescription and a woman behind the counter asking me if I work and pay for my prescription? and when I said no the woman's face dropped and started using a attitude to me she looked disgusted.....I feel so embarrassed, but why for picking my prescription up. I think I'll look into changing pharmacies as this isn't the first time simula like this has happened to me here

I have always used Asda pharmacy and I believed the services and conveniecy are great but I've recently changed to Hessle Rd Asda,And I couldn't believe the unproffessionalism and rudeness ofmost of the staffs , they need a proper customer service training and some manners.

Absolutely disgusted by one of your staff member asking me YOU DONT WORK? When I said I?m not paying for my prescription. What a nasty comment is that?! I don?t have to explain my life situation to her and to the people in the queue!!! It?s not the first time this lady makes faces or comments like this during interactions with me. She should not be working with people! I was collecting my prescription on the 15/08 about 12:15pm.

The woman called Lisa working there has an atrocious attitude - demanding I tell her why I'm on my meds and why so many, in front of other people in the pharmacy, when it's none her business! My SPECIALIST and DOCTOR know why, nothing to do with her! If I needed a medicine review, I'd talk to the pharmacist, not her, it's not her job! Then she looks at me with hatred and snarls "These were ready a week ago!" - yeah, and? My disabilities made me so ill I couldn't get them, again, nothing to do with her! If I see her on again, I'll walk out, someone really needs to tell her to get a better attitude, stop being so damn nosy and wind her neck in!The other ladies there and the pharmacists are lovely, this one woman brings the place down though. Absolutely fuming!

So helpful and kind following a stressful day of trying to remedy a prescription error. It would be one thing to be helped clinically, but the compassion and kindness really helped ease a stressful situation. Thank you for the staff who were working 30/6/23 on the evening/night shift!

My baby was very ill with croup and unfortunately asda pharmacy didn?t have the prescription I needed however Lisa Thetford went above and beyond even though she wasn?t assisting me I cannot thank this lady enough needless to say she got a pharmacy with what we needed and my baby made a full recovery thank you so much ??

Never have scripts ready for collection any more, then out of stocks even knowing it a repeat. Getting poorer really.

Despite there being a queue of customers as it was around lunchtime, the lady with dark short hair managed to attend to all the other customers while also trying to do everything she could to find out how to get my dad's repeat prescription released. When we came to the conclusion that she won't be able to because she doesn't have the correct authorisation, she took a note to get her manager to authorise it the next morning and to also give me a call to let me know whether that was successful. I later found out the GP had sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, so no wonder she wasn't able to release the prescription, but regardless, she did everything she could to help me that day and made it her mission to get my dad's medication to me, even though it wasn't urgently needed.

Very rude staff at pharmacy on hessle road lots of badges hanging on chest how brilliant customers service they do and employee of the year how come ! No smile on faces , no helo , when I wanted only ask if they sell something from they counter they ask you to wait in the queue for 30min can you believe it , to say they dont sell , dont you even ask for minor ailments you have right to use the service but they will refuse to do it and tell you to buy , and even put item on till and say its only £2.50 and you save time waiting for me to do it?! can you imagine ! 3 times in row happened to me , where gp advised me to get from pharmacy on free services . All badges should be taken of they chest and they should have a proper training about customer services , queues long and two people deal with one person and have even time to chat about and lough - joke, people complain about Boots when they would never act like that i rather now go extra mile then use service at that pharmacy . Lazy Lazy Lazy , i gave them so many chances thinking maybe they had bad day or something ,,, but after so many repeated sytuations with them i relised that its not the one off sytuations its just them and they always act like that . Shocking .
