I've always received absolutely top class service at Screwfix Google branch. Duty Manager Rachel was so helpful and friendly when I visited today, she helped me with a click and collect order, replaced a faulty item, found a matching latch I needed and worked out the required parts to solve a plumbing challenge too, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff - I am a trade customer, all the staff are exceptional especially Kate and Maria who always go that extra mile - The fact they are open throughout this epidemic means that tradespeople like me can give a breakdown service to customers especially the old and infirm who have no where else to turn - well done to the Screwfix team at goole

Very rude staff at the Newcastle store, the lady at the door has a very bad attitude, they need some training from the Tunstall store as they are totally friendly and helpful, will not be goin back to Newcastle one again
