The young lady on reception was so lovely and welcoming. It's just wonderful when you arrive at a hotel and receive that kind of greeting.

The staff are lovely and friendly. We were only given one set of towels for a 3 night stay and 2 sachets of coffee, 2 tea bags and 4 little cartons of milk.
