Old man behind counter to busy chatting to a rep to acknowledge us.Waited patiently, then asked if anyone else was serving to be told we all are... then ignored.. he didn't want to serve us... this review is to let him know we don't need him either... Try Kennings if you want decent service...

Outstanding service from the Goole MKM.The staff on the counter very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful.The products were delivered very promptly and the staff member who delivered was extremely efficient in off loading the product, he went above and beyond in making sure everything was done properly.We have ordered products in the past and will continue to do so. By far the best builders merchants in the area. Would not hesitate to use over and over again. The heavyside department should get an award for their efforts. Brilliant delivery service. Very competitive pricing despite them stocking the best gear (no seconds or rejects here)Directs are second to none..

Very disappointed, even though I have an account I go into a new branch and get pricing above what can be expected at any high street DIY store. They don?t cut fill sheets in half even. It?s so hard to judge anything as no prices either in store or on the web and when you visit they are inflated or reduced depending on who is serving and on whether it is me or my husband who is asking..

I have been obtaining my garden landscaping supplies through MKM in Goole for several years now. They give an outstanding service both in store or via telephone ordering. The staff are knowledgeable and provide valuable advice. Their prices are always competitive and much lower than elsewhere. All their delivery drivers have been helpful and pleasant, whatever the weather! An excellent service has been provided by MKM Goole every time.
