Really pleased with the service received today at Thornaby quick fit. What I thought would be a simple job on my new car turned out much more complex. Every step was explained to me, (and evidenced) there was no up selling or pressure. Every effort was put in to make sure I was not overpriced & the service as as ever fast and reliable.Would highly recommend!

This is the third time myself and my wife have used this business to supply and fit tyres and brake pads.OUTSTANDING isn?t a word I use lightly when giving feedback, however, the standard of service we?ve received has been first class on each occasion.Having used a lot of local businesses, I can confirm that Mark and his small team are head and shoulders above most of them.They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products they supply.If you want an OUTSTANDING service, with reasonably priced parts, then look no further that Kwik Fit in Thornaby.You won?t be disappointed!

Popped in on the hop without an appointment and was welcomed by a friendly gent showed me my car and told me that it needed two tyres which I knew about and said the other tyres are ok for a good few thousand more miles I liked the fact they were honest and not pushy being a female Thankyou a great experience

You said I needed 3 new tyres. 1 had punctured and the other 2 still had 3 and 4mm of tread. Misinformation at its best. Legal limit is 1.6 but Kwik Fit say your tyres are "bald and bad" with 2x that on the tyres. STAY CLEAR IF THORNABY KWIKFIT. Absolutely horrendous and they hide behind POLICY not legality

Drove past yesterday and saw them revving a customers car and ragging it around the car park.If you?ve got a boy racer grey Fiesta with an aftermarket exhaust that was in yesterday (23rd of February) they disrespected your car, revving it many times off the limiter and drove it aggressively around the car park; I would give them a call.

Got a puncture on the way home after finishing work, didn?t realise they are open till 6pm which is very handy considering most places close at 5. Within minutes my Mazda 6 was in and they even checked the other tyres for me which I very much appreciated! 10/10 service

The only place I trust to go get my car sorted, top quality services and reasonable pricing too! The staff are also polite and provide the best guidance and advice, especially for people like me who don't know too much about cars. Would recommend.
