We use Kelly Chemist regularly as my husband needs regular prescriptions which have to be ordered in. They arrive promptly. The staff are knowledge and very friendly.

Had an extremely positive experience when I contacted this pharmacy regarding a prescription I received from my doctor for B12 tablets. The staff I interacted with were both polite and forthcoming regarding questions I asked and information I was unaware about when taking this medication. I found the service impeccable considering I had originally just contracted them by an impromptu phone call. My prescription was ready for me to collect within a few minutes and when I arrived I was greeted with the same respect and diligence as I experienced when I called.. I would recommend this pharmacy with no hesitation.. Kelly Pharmacy are a credit to the small community business family.

Very quick an efficient never had any issue?s, prescriptions ordered one day and ready the next. very friendly staff and pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful and delivery is an excellent free service and very friendly service.

Always excellent service. When our little boy was born during Covid he was on several different medications, the staff never failed to be flexible and help us out where they could, I wouldn't use another chemist and would recommend to anyone.

I?ve been using Kelly?s Chemist in Ingleby Barwick for many years now and I can honestly say that I?ve never had one single issue with them. The expertise, friendliness and politeness by all staff including the delivery service team is perfect!

Great friendly service. My prescription wasn?t available at Ingleby Barwick but had been sent to Eaglescliffe. Macy rang and got it transferred over. Saved me driving over to Eaglescliffe and it only took 5minutes.

Excellent service. I was quickly seen by the pharmacist after a few discreet questions from a member of frontline staff about a medical concern I had. The pharmacist identified the problem, reassured me and made no attempt whatsoever to sell me anything when he easily could have done. Recommended!

Zero customer service, if it was located in any other estate it would be closed down, unfortunately until someone decides to open another we will be stuck, they really need training on how to deal with people

Got to be the worst pharmacy for stocking Tablets , medicines ect. Never the same staff working there always different faces who haven't got a clue , waiting time is approximately 15 plus minutes to collect your prescription if it's in stock , if not it needs to be ordered which isn't good when you need it that day .

Excellent service.they delivered my medication to me twice to my home while i had covid.the pharmacist called gurrinder was excellent at arranging it all for me.the staff are pisitive,polite and helpful 5 stars all day long
