Happy with how quick and easy it was to book my car in and happy with the work carried out?. However when your 8 year old son saves his pound coins up you expect them to still be there upon collecting my car! I hadn?t realised until picking my son up from school and he went to count his money as he does every day for it not to be there! WOW. I did send an email regarding this and think it?s absolutely disgusting that the staff member who stole my son?s money thinks this is acceptable.

Vertu motors very excellent with communication and kept me informed about my car, However, I had to call them for that?, they did a good job with my car, And finish my car work a week earlier than expected date.George was excellent and very informative .Thankyou george

Had the most amazing experience with Rob and Vic. I?d previously had a bad experience buying my previous car but they made the process so simple and easy. I walked in at the end of January and got my new car middle of February which I was amazed by. All the staff were so polite and friendly couldn?t recommend them enough for making my experience an excellent one! I walked away with a brand new car which I didn?t even think would be possible so massive thank you to Rob and Vic

Phoned a couple of weeks ago & left a message with the sales department as there was a 4 series BMW that I was interested in buying but no one got back to me. Went in person the other day but the sales team were all busy, the BMW I was interested in had gone. The receptionist was very helpful & showed me round a few other cars, I waited for around 45mins but the sales team were still all busy, so I left my email & mobile number. Waited over the weekend but still nothing, so I got sick of waiting for the sales team to contact me, contacted Audi, got attended to & bought a new A5. You would think when someone is ready to spend £30k plus on a car that the sales team would be falling over themselves to make the sale. Not Teesside BMW, they obviously don't need the business.

Disappointed with the service. Had a recall for an airbag problem, which I had previously booked and had cancelled because they couldn't get the parts. Also said I would have to pay for a temporary car, which I disagree with when it is a recall.Finally got the car in for an hour slot so sat and waited. When I went out to my car the fuel cap was open and it wouldn't close. Not sure why it was even open? Went back inside to tell reception who dismissed me to services. Then got told I would have to wait for the guy who initially saw me....surely this could have been looked into by anyone. Eventually the guy popped out and managed to close it. As part of the recall was meant to get a valet but nothing had been cleaned at all. Why even offer it? Been here previously to look at a car and got dismissed by one of the sales guys. Overall fed up with the experiences and would considered an alternative brand next time despite being happy with my car overall.

Popped in just after new year to look at some used cars with the help of Luke, I ended up walking away with a brand new car in the exact spec I wanted at a much better price than anticipated after Luke and the whole team went above and beyond to make it possible, talking through all the options and figures in great detail. Took delivery of the car last week and delighted with it. Thanks very much!

I just wanted to share my latest experience of buying a used car from Vertu Teesside. From the moment we first dealt with Jess, she handled the Sales process with a very professional and courteous demeanour and made it a very easy and pleasant experience. Neil & Rob, in their roles as Managers, took the time to introduce themselves before we concluded the purchase, to ensure that we were happy, too. All in all, a fantastic experience, I can't recommend Vertu highly enough. Thank you.

Bought my car, new, from here, a few months ago. The sales service was excellent and I left a 5* review. I've just had my car in for its first service and to have a fault investigated and my opinion has changed completely. The customer service has been appalling.They failed to book the courtesy car they told me they'd booked and their reaction when they realised was total indifference. They had me drive my car off site and call roadside assistance, without telling them I'd been to the dealership. They organised a hire car. It took 6 hours. I couldn't leave because nobody knew when the hire car was coming. My car, which was booked into the workshop that morning, hadn't been touched when I left.No updates for 3 days, when they did ring they didn't seem to really know what had been wrong. There's been no apology for the poor service.I had to pay £120 for the hire car. When I asked them to refund this I got "we don't get involved in that."I won't be going back to vertu.

Total joke - I was buying a nearly new Ix and had a trade in. They valued my car and a deal was agreed. I made them aware at the outset that my sunroof was cracked. My sales contact Matthew said this was accounted for. 5 days later they contact me to say they are taking £8000 off the value of my car due to the sunroof.I wouldn?t buy a car off this garage under any circumstances. Not to be trusted.
