Buying carpets great. After that shocking customer service. Bad attitude fitters no comms from care team and no help fixing the issue or problems. I?d take photos but I?m still waiting on them to finish the job. Use a different company

Ian , the member of staff who served me, was extremely helpful and efficient and didn?t waste any time showing me just what I?d asked for without being pushy. I would recommend Scs for your furniture needs.

The insurance is a rip off the staff tell lies and the leather suites will only last 2 years before they start pealing . Not covered on insurance because it's classed as wear and tear . The staff must be on commission to sell the waste of time insurance .

As a personal shopper and interior designer, I like to look around for what I need. But I was upset when asked, " Are you lost?" when I was asked by an available member of staff. Which was a shame, as her colleague before her, who was already busy with a couple, was truly sincere and welcomed me quite lovely to the store. I will be purchasing the required chair at another store.

rude staff. no greeting when I entered. they sat on their phones the whole time I was looking in the store. made me feel small for only having a budget of 400 max. staff bickered between themselves about my budget and no one came up to who interest in helping me. horrible experience. the staff need to sort their attitude out. I can guarantee it was due to my appearance. they looked me up and down like I had no money or sense. I will not be returning.
