Took my Google pixel 6 in as the screen was lifting. I left my phone to be looked at and they quickly found the issue. My battery had started to expand. New one ordered and fixed within a few days and my phone is fully functional and no longer a potential fire hazard. Thanks again for your help! Even got a PSP game while I was there and I'm looking forward to trying that later.

I couldn't be happier with the service he repaired my instrument cluster/ circuit board for a mk2 Ford focus why I waited and I was a walk in. FYI most place say 3 days. I will be taking all my soldering work to him from now. If you take in car parts to be soldered just remember he's not a mechanic and is only doing your soldering job.

Used this shop a few times now, staff are always very friendly and always happy to help, went in with my phone because it wasn't calling out and the young lad fixed the problem In minutes when I asked how much he said there was no charge as it was something simple. Highly recommended to anyone

Had my son?s Nintendo Switch OLED fixed after he jammed in the memory card the wrong way in and got it stuck. TaG did a great job fixing it, firstly checking if they could just remove the card and seeing if they was no damage. But in the end they had to replace the card reader as the old memory card could not be removed. Reasonable cost and quick turnaround once the replacement part was ordered. Thank you

I don't often write reviews, but after the treatment before, during and after from different shops, I felt obliged to write an excellent review and I recommend #TAG tech and games, to anyone with any electronic computer device problems.I took my sons PS5 to Curry's explaining that the computer is not displaying on the TV, I was recommended to buy this all singing and dancing HDMI lead for £30, daft lad here goes along with it, then gets home plugs the lead in, still nothing, £30 later I might as well have just flushed the money down the bog. I took it back to curry's, to be then told its probably the HDMI connection port on the PS5..... "do you fix them" I asked, "no take it to kingfisher they might, if not they might recommend someone" they said, "wat about my £30 HDMI lead I didn't need", sorry pal you ve already opened it", yeah under your recommendation" I replied, "sorry, bout that, nothing we can do".Of I go to Kingfisher, the rudest staff member I ve ever had the privilege to deal with, I started with "hello pal, do you know anything about PS5's", the comedian behind the counter replied, "yeah, there computers", ok i said "do u fix HDMI ports on PS5's", "I use to but there too much hassle so, no I don't do them anymore", I asked "do you know or recommend anywhere that does", "yeah, Google" he replied with a sarcastic tone, "OK, thanks for no help what's so ever, don't go swapping the day job for a stand up comedian act, and trying your luck on Britain's Got Talent, cos you ll be buzzed off in round 1".I was then recommended by a friend to #Tag tech and games, 1 phone call later I was directed to there shop, found a more than helpful staff member who talked me through the problem, put me at ease by assuring me it can be fixed and at a cost that won't hurt the bank balance, they even threw in a 50% discount on a service. A few days later I had a happy 13 year old who had his PS5 back, and I was relieved that it was fixed at a more than reasonable price, I could stop looking at the prices of a new PS5 with fear in my heart haha.Thanks a lot for your excellent customer service #Tag tech and games.

They fixed my son?s Xbox no problem. The guy was very friendly and explained things to me fully, which I appreciated. He did a great job fixing the problem in a timely manner. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend or use them again.
